Using KLAXON & Placing Orders
The terms that apply when you use the KLAXON website or place an order with us.

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.klaxon.in and purchases from KLAXON Furniture, operated by KRIOS BUILDING MATERIALS PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies referenced on the store.
1. Store use
Use the website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact details secure and current.
2. Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, images and specifications accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances and material/finish variation can affect appearance. The product page is the primary reference for the item you are ordering.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges and other order-specific amounts, where applicable, are shown before order confirmation. We may correct genuine listing or pricing errors and will contact you if an order is materially affected.
4. Orders
An order is subject to payment status, stock availability, serviceability, fraud/security checks and operational acceptance. We may contact you to confirm order details or, where necessary, cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is offered only where displayed at checkout. A COD handling component may be included in the COD shipping option shown before you place the order. COD availability can depend on location, order value, product type and operational checks.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays can occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, serviceability, access restrictions or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Please review our Shipping & Delivery page for practical delivery guidance.
7. Returns, replacements and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are subject to the applicable store policy and the condition of the order. Contact us before sending any item back. Approved return instructions will be provided by KLAXON.
8. Assembly, use and care
Furniture should be assembled, installed, used and maintained in accordance with the supplied instructions and reasonable care. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modification or unsuitable conditions may not be covered by product support or warranty.
9. Warranty and support
Warranty coverage, where offered, is product-specific and subject to the terms applicable to that item. Keep your invoice/order confirmation and provide the product name/SKU when requesting support.
10. Website content and intellectual property
KLAXON branding, product content, graphics, website design and other materials owned by or licensed to us may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
11. Third-party services
The store may use Shopify, payment gateways, logistics providers and other third-party services. Those providers may have separate terms and policies that apply to their services.
12. Prohibited activity
You may not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent information, misuse content, or use the website in violation of law or another person’s rights.
13. Availability and changes
We may update products, pricing, website features and these terms from time to time. Material policy changes will be reflected on the relevant store pages.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction requirements that apply to you.
