Where KLAXON delivers

We deliver within India to serviceable PIN codes. Enter your delivery PIN code and review serviceability during checkout. International shipping is not currently offered through the online store.

Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery

Standard delivery is free for serviceable Indian orders. Where available, Cash on Delivery has a separate ₹500 COD handling fee displayed at checkout; this is not a delivery fee.

Delivery timing

Time estimates depend on the destination, product size and logistics partner. Refer to the estimate shared at checkout and in order updates. Specific regional timelines or guaranteed delivery dates are not promised.

Tracking, large items and building access

Tracking information is sent after dispatch when available. Larger furniture may need an arranged delivery appointment. If your building has restricted lift or stair access, contact support with the delivery PIN code and location details.

On delivery

Inspect the packaging promptly and keep it if anything appears wrong. Photograph visible damage, incorrect products or missing boxes and contact our team with the order number.
